White Chocolate Cranberry Cheeseball

The PERFECT holiday dessert cheeseball! Sweet, a bit tart, creamy. All the things you need for a holiday party.

My second ever cheeseball quickly became my favorite. I’m a sucker for a white chocolate cranberry cookie. When I wanted to do a dessert cheeseball, I knew I wanted it to be the stiff dip version of one of my favorite holiday cookies. It’s a bit unexpected, but it’s so good. It’ll shock you!

Serve this with graham crackers or shortbread cookies. I like it with Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins. Or just eat it by the spoonful. It’s that good.

White Chocolate Cranberry Cheeseball

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces white chocolate bar, chopped, 1/2 cup reserved

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped, 1/2 cup reserved

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Let chill for about an hour. Chilling will help it form into a bowl better.

Mix the reserved chocolate and chopped pecans on a rimmed plate. Form the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the pecans and chocolate until well covered. Chill for another half hour or more. Pull our right before serving. Serve with graham cracker, cookies, or pretzels. Enjoy!
