Homemade Coffee Creamer

I don’t know about you, but I’m all for a fancy coffee on occasion. Unfortunately, most fancy coffees are filled with sugar, pasteurized dairy, and heavens knows what else. But not this creamer!

This homemade coffee creamer is full of good for you stuff! Just a few simple, real ingredients and you have your own fancy coffee at home! It’s so easy too!

You can customize this recipe to what you want! If you want it sweeter, add in more maple syrup! Omit the egg yolk if you want (but it does add so many nutrients and makes it taste like melted ice cream). Add in protein powder! Want a different flavor? Add in different extracts! Make this your own!

Tip for the milk: take our milk and don’t shake the cream in! Just pour right from the jug to get more cream in this! It’ll be more like half and half than just whole milk.

Homemade Coffee Creamer

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups half and half or whole milk

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Process on medium speed for 1 minute. Place in a jar with a sealable lid and store in the refrigerator. Mix desired amount in coffee and enjoy!
