Strawberries and Cream Smoothie

Here’s a very basic, yet amazing, seasonal smoothie recipe. It screams sweet summer with every sip!

This recipe seemed almost too lame to post, but I’ll tell you what, my toddler loves it. Any toddler approved recipe is worth sharing!

Put whatever you like in this! Use your choice of sweetener, or if you’re using a flavored protein powder, skip the sweetener all together. Use fresh berries and ice if you have them! And switch it up for other seasonal berries or ones you already have in the freezer! No flax seeds? Use chia seeds! Make this your own!

Strawberries and Cream Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup raw milk

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

  • 2 scoops collagen protein powder

Instructions:

Put everything into a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or so. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
