Sea Salt Maple Cold Foam

I’m not an iced coffee girl, but this cold foam is making me one. It’s perfectly sweet and salty and creamy. The perfect afternoon pick me up!

This is so crazy simple that it almost seems silly to put in a recipe. But here we are!

I am trying to get a quick coffee fix when I make this so I just pour the cram off the top of the jug. Don’t shake it in, just pour it right from the top. To make it more frothy, though, use a turkey baster to get it out of the top of our jugs or get heavy cream somewhere.

A hand frother is all I use for this, but you could probably use a hand held blender or smoothie blender too!

Sea Salt Maple Cold Foam

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup raw whole milk or cream

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon high quality sea salt (I like Celtic or Redmond’s)

Instructions:

Put all of the ingredients in a glass 1 cup measuring cup. Froth with a hand frother for 1 minute. Pour over iced coffee. Enjoy!
